November 2004 Kick-off Meeting it@ab IT-Training 04/05

One of the cornerstones of the it@inwent activities is a twelve months training programme in Germany for junior IT consultants who are employed by the participating it@ab institutions in Africa. 36 IT-Consultants from participating institutions have received international training within the last 2 years. The third program is taking place from October 2004 to September 2005 and will offer advanced professional training, on-the-job training within a German company/institution, e-project studies and an international management training course. As the training programme will be held in German, a four-month language course will be provided.

InWEnt is very pleased to introduce the candidates for the IT-program called it@ab upgrade II program 2004/2005. 21 junior IT consultants from 7 southern African countries are participating in the twelve months training in Germany. The group consists of 8 female and 13 male Consultants. The training activities will be supported by web-based training.
